1. Orders

Order confirmation — When you place an order with Norwynd, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. Full payment must be received before your order can be dispatched.

Review your order carefully — We kindly ask that you carefully review your order prior to completing your purchase. As a drop shipping store, we strive to support our customers wherever possible; however, it remains the customer's responsibility to ensure accuracy in item selection, including size, design, and product variations.

Errors before dispatch — If an error is identified after the order has been placed but before it is shipped, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate changes.

Errors after dispatch — If the order has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the item. Upon receipt of the returned goods in original, unused, and saleable condition with original packaging, we will issue a store credit to enable you to re-order the correct item.

Multiple suppliers — As we operate as a drop shipping (print on demand) store, your order may be fulfilled by multiple suppliers. As a result, you may receive your items in separate parcels, depending on supplier locations at the time of purchase. You will receive confirmation and tracking emails for each shipment to help you monitor the progress of your order.

Right to decline — Norwynd reserves the right to decline any order for any reason, within the limits of applicable law.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the payment method used, and that sufficient funds are available to complete the purchase. Please notify us promptly of any changes to your details.

2. Prices and Payments

Pricing and GST — Prices for products are listed on the Norwynd website. All prices include Australian GST but exclude delivery fees. Delivery charges are displayed separately at checkout and must be paid in advance.

Price changes — Prices may change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Pricing errors — While we make every effort to ensure all product information and pricing on our website is accurate and up to date, we reserve the right to correct any errors, including pricing mistakes, at any time without prior notice.

Incorrect pricing — If a product has been listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders placed for that item. In such cases, we will contact you promptly to provide the correct price and offer the option to proceed with the order or receive a full refund.

3. Our Liability

If Norwynd products delivered are not as ordered, defective, or delivered in an incorrect quantity, our obligations, within the limits of the law, will be to:

  • Correct any shortage, non-delivery, or delivery error;
  • Repair or replace damaged or defective products; or
  • Refund the amount paid for the relevant products.

Indirect losses — Norwynd shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill, reputation, or data.

Liability cap — To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to your order will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant products.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
