Shipping policy

At Norwynd, most of our products are made to order through a network of trusted print-on-demand and specialist suppliers. This means your order is crafted specifically for you. To keep things simple and fair, we offer flat rate shipping across all standard and express orders — so you always know exactly what you're paying before you checkout.

Free Shipping — Free standard shipping is available on all orders exceeding $150 — excluding framed posters, which are subject to a flat rate specialist shipping charge regardless of order value.

1. Shipping Rates

We offer simple, flat rate shipping on all orders. No surprises at checkout — what you see is what you pay.

Standard — $9.95, 3–14 business days (excludes production time).

Express — $14.95, 2–5 business days (excludes production time).

Framed Posters — $14.95, standard shipping only, shipped separately (excludes production time). Excluded from the free shipping offer.

2. A Note on Framed Posters

Framed posters are a labour of love to pack and ship. Due to their size and fragility, they require specialist protective packaging and are always shipped separately from the rest of your order.

Specialist packaging — Framed posters are carefully wrapped and packed in custom-sized reinforced packaging to protect the frame, glass, and print during transit. This dedicated packaging cannot be combined with other items in your order.

Standard shipping only — Due to the nature of this specialist packaging and the care required in transit, express shipping is not available for framed posters. We want to make sure your artwork arrives safely — and that takes a little more time.

Excluded from free shipping — The flat rate $14.95 shipping charge for framed posters applies regardless of order value and is excluded from our free shipping threshold. This charge reflects the true cost of getting your framed artwork to you in perfect condition.

3. How Print-on-Demand Delivery Works

Unlike traditional retail, print-on-demand products are made to order. Here's what happens after you place your order:

Step 1 — Order confirmed. Your order is sent to the relevant supplier(s) for production.

Step 2 — Production. Your item is printed and quality checked. This typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the product and supplier.

Step 3 — Dispatched. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking confirmation email for each parcel.

Step 4 — Delivered. Your order arrives. Items from different suppliers may arrive on separate days.

Total delivery window. When you add production time to shipping time, you can expect your order to arrive within approximately 5–21 business days from the date of purchase, depending on the product, supplier location, and shipping method selected. Express shipping reduces the transit time but does not speed up the production process.

4. Shipments and Tracking

Multiple shipments — Your order may arrive in separate parcels and at different times. Each parcel will have its own tracking information, which will be provided via email once the item is shipped.

Order tracking — Once your items are shipped, you will receive tracking confirmation emails for each shipment. We recommend monitoring your email and spam/junk folders for updates.

Delivery delays — While we work closely with our suppliers to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@norwynd.com and we will investigate.

5. Delivery and Liability

Delivery timeframes — Next business day delivery to roadside addresses cannot be guaranteed. For the most up-to-date delivery information, please check the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.

Authority to leave — If you choose to provide our courier with authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address, Norwynd accepts no responsibility for theft, loss, or damage. Risk for the parcel transfers to you once it has been delivered, and no replacement or refund will be offered in these circumstances.

Delays outside our control — Norwynd is not liable for delays outside of our control, including courier issues, incorrect delivery details provided by you, customs clearance, or unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control.

Unavailable items — In the event that an item in your order is unavailable when packing, you will be notified by email and a refund will be issued for the affected item(s).
